Stanley Hsu has extensive experience in handling disputes concerning corporate governance and management rights, as well as litigation involving organizational and fiduciary disputes. His practice further encompasses cases arising under the Securities and Exchange Act, anti-corruption and economic crime regulations, anti–money laundering laws, tax collection statutes, and the Physician Act.

In addition, Mr. Hsu has participated in prominent construction projects and has advised on large-scale non-litigation matters, including investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions involving emerging companies.
