Darrs Tang's practice encompasses intellectual property, civil, criminal, and administrative litigation, as well as family law matters. She previously served with the Jang Chyun Intellectual Property Group, where she handled a wide range of intellectual property disputes. Ms. Tang has assisted several well-known publicly listed technology companies in patent infringement civil litigation and frequently represents clients in trademark disputes.
In her non-contentious practice, Ms. Tang has handled numerous patent and trademark licensing negotiations, as well as trademark clearance, prosecution, opposition, review, and invalidation proceedings. She also regularly advises on corporate compliance matters and assists with the drafting and review of contracts. In addition, she has issued legal opinions for internationally recognized pharmaceutical and cosmetics brands.
Throughout her legal career, Ms. Tang has represented clients in a broad spectrum of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorce agreements and proceedings, child custody determinations and modifications, child support and marital property division, wills, and inheritance matters. She also has substantial experience in juvenile cases and gender equality–related matters, including sexual harassment and sexual assault cases, and is committed to diligently safeguarding her clients’ rights and interests.
